Our recipes have been handed down from generation to generation making us a family centered business in Southern Colorado, using authentic recipes, our flavors are tried and true.
We actually shared our sauce to bring in over $10,000 for a school fundraiser by serving an enchilada dinner. After the dinner we had so many people asking for the sauce that we decided to sell it and have been selling it since. We have decided that the business needs to be shared with the rest of the Country and what best way to do it than to put it on the web. We use locally grown and processed flour, chile from Hatch New Mexico and only the best flavored spices in our products.
